AUGC mourns the passing of a person in Murcia (24/10/2014)

From AUGC regret the death of a person on the premises of the Civil Guard in Murcia and moved our sincere condolences to his wife, children and family.

Certainly relatives and neighbors qualify it as a good man and we are confident that it is.

But this does not prevent that flatly reject the statements made by the family to the media, we are aware that in this time of grief is when the feeling of anger is manifested, but can not allow intended blame judicially our peers, or do doubt his honor and professionalism.

From research conducted by the Judicial Police and autopsy by the medical examiner certifies that the death of John Joseph was from natural causes, specifically for acute heart failure.

Own statements say relatives had medical history, I get upset when quartering, who attacked with a punch and a civilian guard was reduced by agents.

At no time Juan José was attacked, he is continually trying to calm the basis of their altered state and age.

The policemen acted with diligence and professionalism, warning at first an ambulance to meet the wife for syncope and immediately a second ambulance because Juan José had a cardiac arrest, which is trying to revive, with the immediate outcome in just two minutes.

Eyewitnesses are a lieutenant, a sergeant, five policemen and three citizens, so expect only from AUGC closes the judicial inquiry as soon as possible and this is made public.

UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT OF AUGC.

Since we will not AUGC consent baseless allegations against our companions, who not only had no responsibility in the death but did everything humanly possible to avoid it.

We have put our lawyers to serve the civil guards, though we're sure he did not prove necessary.

Finally we reiterate our sympathy to the family on the death of Juan José
