The Cabinet has given its approval to the construction works in the public school and Primary Education (CEIP) Miguel Medina Archena.

To this end the Ministry of Education, Universities and Employment grant amounting to 3,337,119 euros.

Specifically, the new facility will have nine kindergarten classrooms, 18 primary education classrooms, a dining room, sports courts and specific classrooms for music, computer, library and other facilities.

The new center, to be located on the ground where the old IES Vicente Medina, have the capacity to accommodate about 700 students.

The deadline for completion of works is 24 months.
