Those responsible for the Probitas Foundation visited Archena this morning and met with the Mayor Patricia Fernández and the Councilor for Social Policy, Ángela Gómez, to exchange impressions and the work developed for their tasks in the town, which are, mainly, to promote healthy habits in the most vulnerable child population of the municipality, such as the campaign they carry out 'aid to dining'.
The Mayor, meanwhile, has recognized their work and help with the delivery of an institutional diploma.
Probitas is a private foundation that for the second consecutive year is in charge of providing a daily meal to the children of Archeneras families who are in a situation of social exclusion or at risk of suffering it and who are in school.
During 2016, there were two schools with cafeteria services that benefited from these aids and 23 schoolchildren who received them and in 2017 three schools benefited with a total of 38 students attended.
