The Local Police of Archena has initiated a campaign in this locality, denominated 'Safe Shopping in Navidiad' on the occasion of these holidays.
This is a special campaign that takes place during the period when major purchases are made in the municipality, which would cover from Monday 19 December to 6 January.
Said campaign is promoted by the Department of Security and Commerce, whose objective is to reinforce the safety and regulation of traffic in the most commercial areas of the locality (Av. Del Carril, Calle Ramón y Cajal, Calle Juan José Marco, Mercado de Abastos , among others).
The time zone in which the police presence in these zones will increase will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the morning, and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
This is intended to provide greater security to merchants and customers in the periods in which they make their purchases, as well as avoid traffic clutter and traffic jams.
