The Mayor of Murcia, Patricia Fernandez, has officially received this morning at City Hall to the two new Justices of the town, proposed in the last regular council meeting and was unanimously approved.
This is Jose Martinez Perez, who is the owner, and Jose Garcia Carrillo, is the Justice of the Peace substitute.
Both natives of Archena.
Jose Martinez Perez, who until Monday was Justice of the Peace substitute, become now the holder.
He is 60 years old and has knowledge of Civil, Criminal and Commercial Law, for his studies at the University of Murcia, knowledge also for settlement of disputes in the agricultural sector as held for seven years the presidency of different communities of irrigators.
Also knowledgeable about banking litigation for having occupied for 14 years running a bank office.
As the Magistrate substitute, Jose Garcia, 62 years old, has been a driver and editor of furniture, also has knowledge of Civil, Criminal and Commercial Law and is a perfect knowledge of the agricultural sector for their expertise in the archenera garden.
The main functions of a justice of the peace is holding acts of conciliation and compromise between citizens of the municipality and organization development and trials of minor offenses, also local.
