The director general of Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly, Ana Guijarro, along with the Mayor of Murcia, Patricia Fernandez, attended today's celebration coexistence XVI Anniversary of Social Centre for the Elderly, held at the Balneario de Archena.

The event was attended by more than 150 elderly in the municipality.

At the end of the meal, authorities presented the trophies of Sports Championship, held on the anniversary.

The center has 2,388 members.

Among the activities planned for this month, highlights the exhibition of paintings by center users, wedding dresses and communion and the exhibition 'old books', commemorating the sixth anniversary of the death of Miguel de Cervantes.
