The Murcia Ismael Sánchez Adán, world champion of Mountain Bike, has returned to proclaim champion of the General of the race of MTB Dos Reinos Region of Murcia, whose third and last stage has been developed today in Archena.
The second place went to Jesús del Nero (this one of the Elite category) and third to Miguel Gómez Crespo.
The Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernandez and the Councilor for Sports, Fulgencio García, gave the start and the 350 expected participants, who came from the Murcia Region, from a large part of the Spanish regions and from 12 European countries, started the race.
The one of today was the third stage (65 kilometers by a route that crossed all the region of the Valley of Ricote) of this IV edition of the race.
The other two previous ones took place on Friday and Saturday at La Alberca and Corvera.
Despite the rain that fell since mid-morning, the competition was developed and finished without any major incidents.
The start and end with podium took place in the Municipal Football Field 7 of Archena.
The awards were given by the Archenero Councilor for Sports.
